Steven R. Gould, 58, of Medina, NY, passed away on Friday, August 18, 2017, at the Orchard Manor Nursing Home.

Born on July 25, 1959, he was the son of the late Richard and Margery (McFarland) Gould Sr. Steve grew up in Lyndonville and graduated from Lyndonville High School, where he excelled in wrestling. He was a avid hunter and fisherman and enjoyed being outdoors. He was employed with various jobs, but lastly retired from David Stalker Construction.

Steve is survived by a son, Joshua Gould, grandson, Ethan Gould, siblings, Sandra (Jim) Benben of Medina, NY, Edward Gould of Lyndonville, NY, Susan Wilson of Medina, NY, three nieces, Christy (Caleb) Rhodes of Pennsylvania, Courtney Graham , Tristan Wilson, and a great-nephew, Zachary Gram, all of Medina, NY.

Besides his parents, Steve is predeceased by a brother, Richard D. Gould Jr. and a nephew, James Benben.

As per Steve’s wishes, there are no calling hours and funeral will be private for the family.
