"Woody", was a good friend and we stood by each other in all that we shared.His humor,and mine, combined would always bring out the best laughter in everyone. Such as the time we put a rubber mouse in the bottom of a file cabinet,and when the usual person that opens this drawer ,arrived and opened it,the mouse came alive,shaking wildly by the movement of the drawer! The person jumped,screamed,and then laughed,knowing what had happened. Woody talked about his sons,his family and many friends. He was just that kind of guy that was a pleasure to know,he was my friend.RIP,my friend." Deli"

I was fortunate to work with Woody at the prison and was introduced to the family when dad was ill. Mom often referred to me as "Joanne". Afterward, it was not uncommon to hear Woody yelling to me across the facility "Hi! Joanne"! l loved his sense of humor, the twinkle in his eyes and felt his compassion when I suffered a personal loss. He will be greatly missed.

So very sorry Chris and Greg and all the family! We know he put up his best fight to beat the cancer. Had a really nice visit with him in July! His spirits were so great with all he had been through. We know you will miss him always, but we have to know he is in a better place, has no more pain, and can rest! Our thoughts and prayers are with you all!

Robert was more than just a brother to me! It was so amazing to me how he thought of others first and never lost his sense of humor to the very end. How I wish this was just one of his elaborate practical jokes! I know we'll be together again someday.
