Thomas W. Kelley

Thomas W. Kelley, 72, of Lockport, NY, entered into rest on Wednesday, June 21, 2023 at the Buffalo Veterans Hospital after a short illness.

Born on July 22, 1950 in Medina, NY, he was the son of the late Arnold and Elizabeth (Ackerson) Kelley.

Thomas graduated from Medina High School in 1968 and he enlisted in the U.S. Navy, serving on the Battleship John F. Kennedy. Upon returning home he married the former Sandra Adams. Thomas was employed for many years with ABEX of Medina and lastly, he retired from Niagara Foods. He then married the former Linda Schiller. Thomas enjoyed car racing, gun collecting, listening to polka music and watching rodeos.

Thomas is survived by his wife of 26 years, Linda Kelley of Wheatfield, NY, children, Robert (BobbiJo Jermy) Kelley, Rebecca Jermy, Josh (Suzanne) Reid, all of Niagara Falls, NY and Shannon (Alfred) Pearson Jr. of Cambria, NY, grandchildren, Austin, Madison, Becky, Bert, Joann, John, Felchia, Allen, Matt, Sarah, Alfred III, Valerie, and Emily. Also surviving are 12 great-grandchildren, former wife, Sandra Bailey and a good friend, John Healy.

Relative and friends may call on Monday, June 26, 2023, from 4PM-7PM at the Bogan & Tuttle Funeral Home, 226 Pearl St. Medina, NY 14103, where a funeral service will be held at 7:00 PM. Military Honors will be accorded at the start of the service. Burial will be held at the convenience of the family.
