On December 21st, Roxanne Rhoades of Lyndonville, NY entered into rest after battling cancer for many years. Roxanne passed at home, surrounded by her loved ones.
She was born on February 17, 1968, in Medina, NY. She enjoyed a life full of love and memorable moments. Roxanne loved spending time with her family and friends and truly enjoyed the little things in life. Roxanne will be remembered as a strong and loving wife, mother, daughter, sister, and friend.
Roxanne is survived by her husband, James Rhoades; her children and grandchildren: James (Laura) Rhoades (grandchildren Autumn and Gabriel), Jenia Rhoades, Ashley Re (grandchildren Shane, Kinslee, and Saige), and Jessica (Robyn) Milliman (grandchildren Kane, Mileena, Khyson, Oden, and Alita); her father, Richard Brown; her sisters, Kimberley (Scottie) Scribner and Jennifer Cecchini; and many nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.
Roxanne was predeceased by her mother, Jeniavee Brown; her grandson, Owen Milliman; and her siblings, Mary and Richard Brown.
Relatives and friends may call from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.at the New Hope Community Church, 203 West Center St., Medina, NY 14103, on Saturday, December 27, 2025, with a Celebration of Life at 1:00 PM. Burial will be private for the family.
