Raymond B. Howard Sr.

Raymond B. Howard Sr. 59, of Batavia, NY, formally of Medina, NY, went to be with the Lord on June 5, 2023 at his home.

Born on January 15, 1964 in Safford, Alabama, he was the son of the late Roosevelt Howard Sr. and Ruth Mae Rand Howard Smith.

He leaves to mourn three brothers, Roosevelt (Judy) Howard Jr. of Oakfield, NY, Theodore (Karen) Howard of Medina, NY, and Elijah (Jana) Howard of Knowlesville, NY, two sisters, Lula Richardson of Lockport, NY and Gloria Williams of Medina, NY, a son, Dana Cypart of Wilson, NY. Also surviving is an aunt, Eva Watts of California and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Raymond grew up in Medina, NY and attended Medina High School and earned his GED in Alabama and later attended Alfred State, receiving a degree in Food Service. Raymond loved to travel, but always came back home. He worked many jobs and was a hard worker. He could fix anything and didn’t mind helping anyone in need with a half-smile on his face. He loved to cook, play cards and enjoyed life. If he had anything to say, he would let you know, good or bad.
