Raymond Francis Feller II, of Lyndonville, New York, passed away after a courageous battle with cancer on Thursday, May 21, at the age of 70. Born on August 24, 1955, Ray was the son of the late John and Norma Feller. Ray was a graduate of Medina High School and Alfred State College, where he studied Architectural Design. He began his career as an engineer at General Railway Signal and later worked as a maintenance mechanic at Ortho Clinical Diagnostics.
Ray was known for his remarkable ability to build and fix nearly anything, with talent in both mechanical and electrical engineering. One of his proudest accomplishments was designing and building the family home in 1991, a lasting reflection of his skill and craftsmanship.
Ray is survived by his beloved wife of 41 years, Beckie Feller; his children, Raymond (Maria) Feller III, Rebekah (Joel) Lattimer, and Miranda (Shaun) Gendrue; and his grandchildren, Raymond, Dynastee, Desiray, Jack, Giavanna, Anderson, and Callahan. He is also survived by his siblings, Charles (Susan) Feller of Schenectady, New York, Janet Miller of Canandaigua, New York, Lawrence (Frederica) Feller of Pen Argyl, Pennsylvania, and Therese Feller of Rochester, New York.
Ray was a member of Yates Baptist Church in Lyndonville. He enjoyed hunting, looking at wildlife, watching the History Channel, and spending time with his family and friends. He will be remembered for his strong work ethic and willingness to help others.
In addition to his parents, Ray was predeceased by his brothers-in-law, Dennis Potter, Barry King, Duane Bartz, Jim Kempie, and David Miller.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, May 30, 2026 at Yates Baptist Church, 11365 East Yates Center Road Lyndonville, New York 14098. A luncheon will follow the service.
