Paul W. Bearss

Paul W. Bearss, 45, of Medina, NY, passed away on Thursday, August 9, 2018 at Erie County Medical Center, Buffalo, NY.

Born on April 12, 1973 in Rochester, NY, he was the son of Sandra (VanScooter) Hinckley and the late Ronald Hinckley.

Paul grew up in the Medina area and was known for his hard work ethic to support his family and his compassion towards his family and friends.

Besides his mother, Paul is survived by his wife, Cheryl (Sheldon) Bearss, three daughters, Brittany, Brook, Brianna Bearss, two brothers, John and Charles Knapp, all of Medina, NY. Also survived are several nieces and nephews.

Paul is predeceased by two sons, Nicholas and James Bearss.

Relatives and friends may call on Friday, August 17, 2018, from 10 AM-11AM at the Bogan & Tuttle Funeral Home, 226 Pearl St. Medina, NY 14103, where a memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM. The Rev. Daniel A. Thurber, pastor of Oak Orchard Assembly of God Church, will officiate.
