Nancy Jean Moffitt

Nancy Jean Moffitt, 75, of Medina, NY, formerly of Leadville, Colorado, passed away on Wednesday, August 20, 2025, at her home.

She was born on April 6, 1950, in Lansing, Michigan, the daughter of the late Herbert and Lucy (Slanzi) Moffitt.

She graduated from Grand Ledge High School Class of 1968. She lived in New York, Texas and Leadville, Colorado. She liked to collect rocks, read and spend time with her family and friends. She loved her grandchildren and great-granddaughter, so very much!!

She is survived by her son, Eric (Jessica Baker) Moffitt; grandchildren Kayla, Mia, Kierston, Lilly, Ryan, Meliah, and Chloe Moffitt, and a great-granddaughter Ariella James Wally. Also surviving are her sisters, Carol (Ray) Idalski, Susan (James) Schalk, a brother Bill (Theresa) Wolfinger and nieces, Michelle, Lori, Amy Idalski, and nephews, Jason Idalski, Jake and Nick Wolfinger.

Besides her parents, she is preceded in death by her son, Zachary Dean Moffitt, stepfather Robert Wolfinger, and her brother, David Dean Moffitt. T
