Nancy B. Dennis

Nancy B. Dennis, 86, of Lyndonville, NY, went to be with the Lord on Friday April 1, 2022 at her home with her loving family at her side.

Born on February 3, 1936 in Lockport, NY, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Mildred (Dean) Rooney.

Nancy attended Lyndonville School and married Thomas Dennis on June 27, 1959 and together they raised four children. She was a dedicated mother and homemaker. She enjoyed reading books, watching television and spending time with her children and grandchildren. She also loved attending parties for family and friends.

She is survived by her children, Jacqueline (Al) Petrie of Lyndonville; Patricia (Lou Silversmith) (Mike) Pisano of Medina; Brian (Missy) Dennis of Medina; Jeffrey (Teresa Smith) Dennis of Lyndonville; 12 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren , and a great-great grand-daughter. Also surviving are two brothers, William (Edna) Rooney of Alexander Bay and Richard (Pam) Rooney of New Hampshire and several nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents, she is predeceased by her husband, Thomas Dennis.

Relative and friends may call on Wednesday, April 6, 2022 at the Bogan & Tuttle Funeral Home, 226 Pearl St. Medina, NY 14103 from 11AM-1PM were a funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM with the Rev. Martha Mitchell officiating. Burial will be private for the family.
