Jerry Riley Jr.

Jerry Riley Jr. 66, of Lyndonville, NY, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, March 27, 2022 at Hildebrandt Hospice Care Center, Rochester, with his loving family at his side.

Born on November 4, 1955, in Medina, NY, he was the son of the late Jerry and Louise (Turner) Riley Sr.

Jerry graduated from Lyndonville High School in 1973 and attended Genesee Community College for Retail Management. After attending GCC, he was employed in New Jersey for a Italian High Fashion Designer. In 1976, he returned to the Medina/Lyndonville area and he married the former Patricia Amos in November of 1977 and together they raised three children. He worked as a Tool Maker for GM of Rochester, retiring in 2003. Jerry enjoyed golfing, fishing and fast cars. But most of all, Jerry enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren.

Jerry is survived by his wife, Patricia, three children, Makita Saloane, Jerry Riley III, and Aaron (Asheena) Riley, all of Rochester, seven grandchildren, Niaya, Keoree, Queen, Khyra, Amara, Aaron Jr. and King and a Godson, Jason Daniels. Also surviving are seven siblings and a host of nieces, nephews, and good friends.

Relatives and friends may call in Friday, April 8, 2022 from 11AM- 1PM at the Oak Orchard Assembly God Church, 12111 Ridge Rd, Medina, NY 14103, where a funeral service will be held at 1:00PM. Burial will be in the Lynhaven Cemetery.
