Jane M. Adamson

Jane M. Adamson, 77, of Medina, NY, formerly of Groveland, NY, passed away on Thursday, January 30, 2025, at the Orchard Manor Nursing Home, Medina.

She was born on September 15, 1947, in Warsaw, NY, the daughter of the late Frank and Mary (Titsworth) Adamson.

Jane graduated from Geneseo Central School in 1965. Then, she graduated from Isabella Charm School of Practical Nursing in Rochester, NY, and was employed with the Noyes Memorial Hospital in Dansville, NY. In her spare time, she enjoyed doing “hand work,” which included crocheting and cross-stitching, and she had a fondness for animals.

Jane is survived by a sister, Lynne Stewart of Henrietta, NY, and two nieces, Laurie Davis and Kim (Bill) Griffin, all of Rush, NY. A great-nephew, Brady Griffin, and a great-niece, Noelle Davis. Also, surviving are many cousins.

There are no calling hours. A private service will be held at the convenience of the family.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to any local animal shelter.
