Grace E. "Grandma Grace" Bingaman

Grace Bingaman, 90, of Victor, NY, entered into eternal rest on Sunday, February 13, 2023, with loved ones by her side

“Grandma Grace” was born on July 31, 1932 in Clarendon, NY to the late Nellie (Weirs) and Albert Lavender. For most of her life, Grace lived and worked in Orleans County, NY. In her spare time, Grace enjoyed going for walks, fishing, playing video games, card games, slot machines, and bingo. She also loved going on long car rides exploring the countryside, and even getting lost sometimes! Grace cherished her family and friends and loved to spend time with them.

Aside from her parents, Grace was predeceased by her daughters, Brenda Bingaman and Sheila Richmond; her siblings; granddaughter Kristen Demmer; and great-grandson Jacob Caldwell. She is survived by her children: Althea Heschke, Ida Caldwell, Debbie (Scott) Ofslager, Marlene Demmer, and Milo Bingaman, Jr.; son-in-law Bill Richmond; dearest friends and caregivers Theresa Caparco and son Lawrence; grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great- grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will gather to celebrate Grace’s life at Cornerstone Church in East Pembroke, 2583 Main Rd, East Pembroke, NY 14056 on February 25, 2023, at 11:00 am. A burial will take place later this year.
