Glenn Wesley Humphrey, 78, of Lyndonville, NY passed away on Saturday, October 24, 2020 at the North Wing of Medina Memorial Hospital.
Born on January 13, 1942, in the Town of Yates, NY, he was the son of the late George and Thelma (Davis) Humphrey.
Wes grew up in the Town of Yates and was employed with the former T.J. Lipton Company of Albion, NY, retiring in 1980. He was a member of the Junior Wilson Sportsman Club and enjoyed watching NASCAR and was an avid hunter and fisherman. Wes is survived by two daughters, Christine (Donald) Wilson of Phoenix, NY, Kelly (Kevin Dolan) Howes of Barker, NY, two grandsons, Ryan and Justin, three great grandsons, Camdeon, Gavin, Bryson, step-grandson, Christopher Harmer, siblings, Phil (Marie Kay) Humphrey of Lyndonville, NY, Clare (Dianne Burns) Humphrey of Medina, NY, Paul (Linda and Jerry)Humphrey of Spring Hills, FL, Yovanne “Bonnie” (Glenn Wesley) Allen of Rochester, NY, and several nieces and nephews, brother-in-law, David Reed of Medina, NY, a sister-in-law, Joan Humphrey of Lyndonville, NY.
Besides his parents, Wes is predeceased by a sister, Sandy Reed and a brother, Weldon Humphrey.
There are no calling hours. A celebration of life will be held at the family’s convenience.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Wes’s name to Alzheimer’s Association of WNY, 6215 Sheridan Dr #100, Buffalo, NY 14221.
