Constance E. "Connie" Goetze

Constance Elizabeth “Connie” Goetze, 66, of Lyndonville, NY, passed away on Tuesday, December 5, 2023 at home, peacefully in her sleep.

Born on June 8, 1957, in Niagara Falls, NY, she was the daughter of the late Victor Sr. and Margaret (Faiola) Maddalena.

Connie was happily married to Dewey Goetze for 19 years, and was a devoted mother and homemaker. In her spare time, she enjoyed tending to her garden and rose bushes, along with watching “I Love Lucy” and reminiscing with her sister, Deborah.

Connie is survived by her two children, daughter, Alicia (Chelsea) Goetze of Albion, NY, and son, Ryan Goetze of Ohio, a sister, Deborah Maddalena Dennis and a brother, Leo Maddalena, both of Niagara Falls, NY. Also surviving are two grandchildren, Madison Velkey and Dustin Goetze, along with Alexis Dennis and many other nieces and nephews.

Connie was predeceased by her loving husband Dewey Goetze and two brothers, Victor Maddalena Jr. and Joseph Maddalena, both of Niagara Falls, NY.

As per Connie’s wishes, there are no calling hours and a private service will be held at the convenience of the family.
