Carol M. Wright

Carol M. Wright, 77, of Medina, NY, entered into rest on Tuesday, November 28, 2023, at United Memorial Medical Center, Batavia, NY.

Born on August 11, 1946, in Medina, NY, she was the daughter of the late Irving and Betty (Chambers) Lane.

Carol lived in Medina all her life, and in 1962, she married the late Ronald J. Wright Sr. She worked in the Migrant Education Summer School Program and Bernie’s Laundromat in Medina. She enjoyed making ceramics and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

Carol is survived by her five children, Ronald (Sharon) Wright of Medina, NY; Starla Wright of Lyndonville, NY; Richard (Mary) Wright of Lockport, NY; Dennis (Michelle) Wright of Medina, NY; Crystal Wright (Rudy Elbahi of Medina, NY, 15 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, a brother, Mike (Molly) Lane of Point Breeze, NY. And many nieces and nephews.

Carol is predeceased by a sister, Betty Newton, and two great-grandchildren, Kahutah R.M. Fletcher and Adriana Jade Wright.

Relatives and friends may call from 2-4 and 7-9 on Thursday, December 7, 2023 at the Bogan & Tuttle Funeral Home, 226 Pearl St. Medina, NY 14103, where a funeral service will be held on Friday, 11:00 AM.

Memorials may be made in Carol’s name to United Memorial Medical Center, 127 North Street.
