Audrey A. Stork

Audrey A. Stork, 90, of Medina NY, entered into rest on Thursday, March 19, 2020 at Medina Memorial Hospital North Wing.

Born on April 3, 1929 in Middleport NY, she was the daughter of the late Raymond and Leona (Briggs) McGrath.

Audrey grew up in Medina and attended Medina High School. On January 7, 1949 she married the Late Joseph Stork and together they raised a son. She worked various jobs, including Arlene Crafts, J.C. Penny Co. and Canal Country Artisans. Audrey enjoyed making crafts and caring for her feline, Buffy.

She is survived by a son, William (Robin) Stork of Medina, two grandchildren, Shannon (Paul) Patterson of Lockport and Joseph Stork of Corning, four great-grandchildren, Johnathan, Jeremy, Julia and Ryan, a sister, Patricia (Francis “Butch” ) Stupnick and a brother-in-law, Dell Stork, all of Medina and several nieces and nephews.

Audrey is predeceased by a brother, William McGrath.

There are no calling hours. A graveside service will be held at a later date to be announced at the Boxwood Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Audrey’s name to the American Heart Association of WNY, 5488 Sheridan Dr #300, Williamsville, NY 14221.
