Albertina Salvo, age 100, of Baltimore, MD; Naples, FL and most recently Lyndonville, NY passed away peacefully surrounded by her loved ones on September 13, 2020.
Albertina is survived by her loving daughter Carole Michel. Her adoring grandsons, Ed (Lee), Jeff (Kathryn), her great grandchildren, Steve and Sean and her best friend and sister, Charlotte Turner. Albertina is also survived by nieces and nephews and many friends and acquaintances.
She is predeceased by her parents Fredrick and Amelia (Wuntz) Loeffler, her husband, Sam Salvo, her sister, Lillian and her brothers Carl and Frederick.
Albertina was a breath of fresh air everywhere she went and to all those who knew her. She had a passion for gardening and walked 4 miles a day right up until March of this year. She was a great card player and loved to laugh. Albertina’s infectious love of life was evident to all. She was a beautiful spirit and was much loved by her family. Albertina’s wit and intellect will be greatly missed.
A private service will be held at the convenience of the family.
