Russell W. Duffield Sr., 64, of Medina, NY, passed away suddenly on Tuesday, June 26, 2018 at Roswell Park Cancer Institute, Buffalo, NY.

Born on January 22, 1954 in Medina, NY, he was the son of the late Clinton J. and Clarita (Valentine) Duffield.

He was a avid sportsman who enjoyed being outdoors, especially, while hunting and fishing.

Russell is survived by his children, Russell (Kelly) Duffield Jr. Daniel Duffield, all of Medina, NY, Richard (Cherish) Duffield of Albion, NY, Rhonda (Paul) Modzelewski of Roaming Shores, OH, Randy Duffield of Painsville, OH, 10 grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, four siblings, Jeanie Hammond of Panama City Beach, FL, Laurie (Melton) Kent of East Dublin, GA, John Duffield of Gordon, AL, Susan (Lavern) Lear of Holley, NY. Also survived are several nieces and nephews.

As per Russell’s wishes, there will be no calling hours. A private service will be held at the convenience of the family.
