James Lamar Sr. Obituary

James Lamar Sr., 81, of Medina, NY, entered into rest on Monday, November 26, 2018 at the Villages of Orleans, Albion, NY.

Born on August 13, 1937 in Sanford, Florida, he was the son of the late Gertrude Davis.

James was employed as a Machinist with Abex Co. of Medina, NY, for 30 plus years of service. In his spare time, James enjoyed fishing and going on long walks. James is survived by three daughters, Debbie (Dale) Fambrough of Stock Bridge, GA, Stacey Abdur-Rasheed of Decanter, GA, and Paula Woods of Bradenton, FL. Five grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, a close cousin, Mary Robinson of Sanford, FL, and several nieces and nephews.

James is predeceased by his wife, Mackery Lamar, two sons, Curtis Woods and James Lamar Jr.

There are no calling hours. A private service will be held at the convenience of the family.

Arrangements were made through the Bogan &Tuttle Funeral Home, 226 Pearl St. Medina, NY 14103.
