Dayton K. "Butch" Eastman

Dayton K. “Butch” Eastman, 69, of Medina, NY, passed away peacefully at home with his loving family at his side.

Born on February 3, 1950 in Medina, NY, he was the son of Emma (McAdoo)Pritt and the late Norman Dayton Eastman.

Butch attended Medina High School and at the age of 18 started working at Harrison Radiator in the warehouse as a Tow Motor Operator, where he was employed for 31 years and retired in March of 1999. He was a member of the Junior Wilson Sportsman Club and Medina VFW Club of Medina. In his spare time he enjoyed animals, watching NASCAR, riding his Harley Davidson, but most of all he enjoyed having good times with his family and friends.

Besides his mother, Butch is survived by his loving life partner, Georgiana Tombari of Medina NY, children, Dayton Kenneth Eastman Jr. of Caldwell ID, Barbara Shah of Chicago IL, Dawn Eastman of Newfane NY, Angel Eastman of Akron NY, Rachel Eastman of Buffalo NY, nine grandchildren, siblings, Kathleen (Glenn) Giltner II of Medina NY, Norman (Marsha) Eastman of Batavia NY and several nieces and nephews. Also survived is a step mother, Linda Eastman of Middleport NY, and was an awesome step father to Jolene and Julie Totaro of Lyndonville NY.

Besides his father, Butch is predeceased by a sister, Carolyn Eastman and a nephew, Glenn Giltner III.

Relatives and friends may call on Sunday October 6, 2019 form 2-4 PM & 7-9 PM at the Bogan & Tuttle Funeral Home, 226 Pearl St. Medina, NY 14103, where a funeral service will be held on Monday at 11:00 Am with the Rev. Aleka Schmidt officiating. Burial will be in the West Ridgeway Cemetery.
