Christopher Coleman Obituary

Christopher W. Coleman, 42, of Medina NY, entered into rest on Sunday, November 3, 2019 at Strong Memorial Hospital, Rochester.

Born on September 5, 1977, in Rochester NY, he was the son of the late Gerald W. and Ann (Schulwitz) Coleman.

Christopher was an avid Buffalo Bills fan and enjoyed participating in the Special Olympics, excelling in hockey.

Christopher is survived by his wife, Amanda Coleman, siblings, Pam Coleman, Amy Burgess, Sara Burgess, Scott Coleman, Ryan Coleman, two aunts, Connie Faraone, Henrietta Shay, three uncles, William Shay, Michael Schulwitz, Larry Coleman. Also survived are many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Besides his parents, Christopher is predeceased by his grandparents, Henry H. and Mamie I. Coleman, Art and Verna Schulwitz and a uncle Dominic Faraone.

There are no calling hours. A private service will be held at the convenience of the family.

The family of Christopher would like to extend a heartfelt Thank You to the ICU staff at Strong Memorial Hospital for the tremendous care he received.

Memorials may be made in Christopher’s name to American Diabetes Association, 4955 N Bailey Ave #217, Amherst, NY 14226.
