William Peter Rucinski, age 59 of Medina, NY passed away unexpectedly Thursday, May 25, 2017.

 Born August 6, 1957 in Buffalo, NY, he was the son of the late Walter and Alice (Wajtkus) Rucinski.

William married the former Diane Gardner on May 27, 1977. William worked for Online Auto Connections in West Seneca, NY enjoyed his family and spending time on his boat.

William is survived by his wife of 40 years, Diane Rucinski; Children Matthew (Elizabeth) Rucinski of Texas, Carrie Rucinski of Idaho, Patrick Rucinski and Nicholas Rucinski of Medina; grandchildren Leeland and Gavin Tolliver, Isabelle and Gabriella Casewell, and Anastajza and Lukaz Rucinski; siblings David (Carolyn) Rucinski, Judy Spencer, Beverly (Charles) Richard, Rosemarie O'Dwyer, Robert (Nancy) Rucinski, Ann (Steve) Pullyblank, Patricia (Luis Lugo) Marek; brother in law William Pilon and several nieces and nephews.

Besides his parents, William is predeceased by his siblings Paul Rucinski and Marilyn Pilon.

Relatives and friends may call on Wednesday, May 31, 2017 from 4 PM-9 PM at the Bogan & Tuttle Funeral Home, 226 Pearl St. Medina, NY 14103. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 AM on Thursday, June 1, 2017 at Holy Trinity Parish/ St. Mary’s Church, west Ave. Medina, NY 14103, with the Rev. Daniel J. Fawls celebrating and burial will be in the St. Mary’s Cemetery.
