I worked with Megan for a short time at Lowes. She was an amazing person. She was always smiling and never let anything keep her down for long. She had a bright personality and was always laughing. She will be truly missed. Prayers for her family and friends as I know she will be missed greatly.

Our deepest and sincere condolences to Megan's family. Hugs go out to everyone but special love and prayers to Dave and Debbie on the loss of their precious daughter. I worked with Dave for years and have so many fond memories but today I recall Debbie and Megan coming to the office to visit and Dave couldn't have been prouder of this curly haired toddler. I am sure so many memories like this will be conveyed to all of the family and it is these memories that will get the family through an extremely difficult time.

Megan was the kindest person I've ever met. She made working at Lowe's fun. She always had a way of making me laugh. I will miss our conversations. You never judged me or made fun of me. Megan was a bright light in what was sometimes a dark life for me i worked with her at lpwes and we became head cashiers together. She was always there tp lend an ear, give advice and a smile. She gave the best hugs. While i moved to nc 2 years ago i thought of her often and was always happy to see her when i visited. I always looked forward to our wildly inappropriate jokes and hilarious conversations. The world became a bit darker when she was taken. We are all fighting for justice. I worked with Megan at orchard manor nursing home. I loved her like my sister. We were inseparable at work. Such a beautiful young woman, always was able to make everyone smile. I remember the day she told me she was pregnant and how she was hoping for a little boy. She got her wish and she loved that little boy with all of her heart. It breaks my heart to see such a beautiful young kind soul taken so early in such a heinous way. My thoughts and prayers go out to all of the family, both duncanson and dix. We lost touch after we both left orchard manor, but I spoke to her frequently on fb, and I watched her little man grow older. I remember her wedding day to Chris. She looked so beautiful in her wedding gown. Ahe loved you Chris more than life itself and my heart breaks for you and cj. I'm not sure you remember me, the orchard manor crew called her melons. Fly high my beautiful friend. I love you.

Chris, CJ, and Megan's family, there are absolutely no words to say how sorry I am for your sudden loss. Megan was a beautiful person with a contagious smile and laugh. Growing up in our little neighborhood on Maple Ave with her is one of my greatest childhood memories that I often share with my own children. Please know that you all are in my thoughts and prayers and I hope you may try to find some peace in this difficult time.
