Linda D. Helsdon, 68 of Lyndonville, NY, passed away peacefully with her loving children by her side on June 6, 2017.

She was born November 19, 1948 in Medina, NY to the late Louis and Evelyn (Hodgins) Coke.

She was predeceased by her sister Donna Quatro.

Linda grew up in Lyndonville and graduated in 1966. She was employed at Monroe Electronics for 18yrs. After retiring in 1990 she dedicated all of her life to her children, and grandchildren. Her greatest joy was spending time with family, babysitting, singing, and making others laugh with her comical personality. She is survived by her children, Pamela (Duane) Preston of Batavia, Jeffrey (Nicole) Helsdon of Lyndonville, Grandchildren, Brittney (Matthew) Lamar, Tanner Helsdon, Kyler Preston, Evan Preston, and Julia Preston. Great Grandchildren, Gavin Lamar and Jeremy Koneski. Siblings, Steven (Karen) Coke of Panama City, FL, Laurie ( Larry) Gidley of Medina, NY, John Coke (Darcy Brabon), and Cameron Coke, all of Lyndonville, Dorothy(John) Butcher of Albion, NY, several nieces and nephews, and special Aunts, Eleanor (Dave) Crandall, Teresa Organo and Uncle Bill Hodgins.

A memorial service will be held at The Yates Baptist Church in Lyndonville on Saturday, June 17, 2017 at 10am.
