June B. Stalker, 86, of Medina, NY, entered into rest on Wednesday, January 17, 2018 at the Orchard Manor Nursing Home, Medina, NY.

Born on September 13, 1931 in the Town of Ridgeway, NY, she was the daughter of the late G. Fred and Mabel (Pritchard) Bell.

June graduated from Medina High School in 1949 and continued her education at the Bryant & Stratton College in Buffalo. On January 26, 1952, she married the late Alan R. Stalker and she worked as Town Clerk for the Town of Ridgeway for 22 years, retiring in 1995. June attended the East Shelby Community Bible Church and was a dedicated TWIG volunteer, running the candy shop at the Medina Memorial Hospital. She enjoyed baking, especially cookies for her friends and family. She also loved to knit, sew and bowl, but most of all, June enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. June is survived by two children, Dawn (Ed) Sanderson of AL; David (Marlo) Stalker of Medina and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Besides her husband, June is predeceased by a son, Dale L. Stalker, and a sister, Joanne Bell.

Relatives and friends may call on Friday, January 19, 2018 from 4 PM- 7 PM at the Bogan & Tuttle Funeral Home, 226 Pearl St. Medina, NY 14103. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, 11:00 AM at the East Shelby Community Bible Church, 5278 E. Shelby Rd. Medina, NY 14103, with the Pastor, Rev. Erik Olsen officiating and burial will be at the family’s convenience.

Memorials may be made in June’s name to the East Shelby Community Bible Church or to Hospice of Orleans Co. P.O.Box 489, Albion, NY 14411.
