Diane was our neighbor at the lake.She loved her gardening and shared her passion of plants with MaryOne of the best things she shared with us was the story of the Shoe Tree ,and every time I go there I remember her story of how she started it back in the 80's.She really loved my ribs I did on the smoker and we enjoyed sharing with her.When we were building our house back in 2005 she would come down and check on progress.When I built our deck she helped me bend the curved stairs out front.She was a great neighbor and will be missed by all.Sincerely,Scott and Mary Chapin

Sorry for Dianne's family loss. Worked with her at Bernz. The first year I worked at Bernz I sat with her to eat at the picnic. Last time I saw her was at a picnic in Knowlesville. Whenever someone mentions the shoe tree I think of her. Carol Washburn
