Blaine A. Sprester, 46, of Middleport, NY, entered into rest on Tuesday, June 6, 2017 at his home.

Born on May 20, 1971 in Medina, NY, he was the son of Lois (Newton) Sprester and the late Forrest Sprester.

Blaine graduated from Medina High School in 1989 and in December of 1998, he married the former Tara Lonnen and together they made their home in Middleport. He worked various jobs, including working at World Discounts and driving truck for Relco Systems of Lockport. He enjoyed hunting, bowling and playing euchre for the Butts-Clark Post #204 American Legion Team.

Blaine is survived by his wife, Tara Sprester, two daughters, Morgan and Kasey Sprester, both of Middleport; siblings, Marsha (Donald) Snyder of Medina; Eric Litchfield of Barker and several nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends may call from 11AM- 1 PM on Saturday, June 10th, 2017 at the Bogan & Tuttle Funeral Home, 226 Pearl St. Medina, NY 14103, where a Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 PM with the Rev. Stanley Thurber officiating and burial will be in the Mount Pleasant Cemetery. In lieu of flowers,

memorials may be made in Blaine’s name to: American Diabetes Association, 315 Alberta Drive Suite #102 Amherst, NY 14226, Buffalo, NY 14226.
