Our dear mother, Betty Russell, gained her angel wings on Sunday, December 10, 2017 after a brief illness. She was surrounded by her children at the time of her death.

Betty was born July 5, 1959 in Malone, NY. She relocated to Medina and ended up as a life-long resident of Medina. She enjoyed crafts, playing bingo and her scratch-off tickets, along with watching movies. Betty was known as a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, cousin, and friend.

She will be dearly missed by her children: Clara Stribling, Renee Stribling, Natasha Russell and Patrick Russell and her grandchildren: Kayla Stribling, Tevon Riley, Noel Mirles, Gabriella Mirles, Diago Russell, Ronny Riley, X’Zavier Crete, Raquel Russell, Kashmyre Champion, Tavion Hines, Emery Russell and Angelita Seager; siblings: Frank Russell, James Russell, Suzan Rodriguez, Diane Meyer, Debra Russell, Katherine Russell and Nancy Jo Russell.

She was predeceased by her parents, Frances Russell in 2010 and Orpha Russell in 2015 with whom she can finally now enjoy eternal life. Until we all meet again, rest in peace Mom. We will miss you every day.

Calling hours will be held at Bogan &Tuttle Funeral Home on Pearl Street, Medina at 10 a.m. Saturday, December 16, 2017, with the funeral service following immediately after at 11 a.m. Donations in her memory can be made to a charity of one’s choice.
